Our new Strength Flow class uses our lineage to combine many of the postures from our 86 Hatha Yoga lineage with the 5 Tibetan Rites, Sun Salutations, Vinyasa and much more! This series is designed for ALL body types and is meant to create upper body and lower body strength using postures and body movements.
